The Senior Client Clearing Advisory Committee (SCCAC) has been established for the purpose of consulting and making recommendations to the Executive Boards of Eurex Clearing AG, Eurex Frankfurt AG, and Eurex Repo GmbH with regards to the overall client clearing service offering across all product types cleared by Eurex Clearing AG, and product and service expansions with client clearing relevance. It will also discuss market and client clearing volume development, and input regarding all matters that could materially affect the risk profile of Eurex Clearing AG.
The Committee consists of representatives of at least twelve Clearing Members based on client-related clearing volume and margin requirements, appointed for two-year terms. Eurex Clearing may also invite up to three additional Clearing Members of particular strategic importance.
