Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Eurex Clearing AG
Erik Tim Müller, CEO of Eurex Clearing AG, has over 20 years of experience in Capital Markets and is a member of the Executive Board of Eurex Clearing AG since April 2013. He is also a member of the Management Board of Eurex Deutschland, represents Eurex on the CFTC Global Markets Advisory Committee and serves on the Board of Directors of the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA).
As Managing Director of Deutsche Börse Group, he has been previously responsible for Corporate Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) for many years. Since the IPO of Deutsche Börse in 2001, Müller has been a manager of Deutsche Börse Group. He has been responsible for Group Treasury and Investor Relations, including all treasury activities of two bank licensed businesses of Deutsche Börse Group, Eurex Clearing in Frankfurt/Main and Clearstream in Luxembourg since 2008.
Müller holds a dual degree MBA from Goethe University in Frankfurt/Main, Germany and the Fuqua Business School in North Carolina, USA.
Global Head of Fixed Income, Funding & Financing Strategy and Development of Deutsche Börse AG and Member of the Executive Board of Eurex Clearing AG
Matthias Graulich took responsibility for Fixed Income, Funding & Financing Strategy and Development of Deutsche Börse AG in September 2018 and is a Member of the Executive Board of Eurex Clearing AG since August 2014.
In his Strategy and Development role within Deutsche Börse Group, he is in charge of Strategy, Business and Product Development for listed and OTC derivatives as well as repo and securities lending across trading and clearing.
From March 2016 until August 2018 he was in charge of Cross Market Strategy leading the strategy for Eurex Clearing and Clearstream. From April 2013 until February 2016 he established and developed as Chief Client Officer and Global Head of Clients & Markets a dedicated client facing organizational unit of Eurex Clearing. Before that he took responsibility as Head of Clearing Initiatives for the implementation of Eurex Clearing’s strategic project portfolio and regulatory affairs. Since joining the Deutsche Börse Group in 2001, he has held a number of leadership and project management positions at Deutsche Börse and Eurex for various strategic projects, amongst others, the introduction of EurexOTC Clear as well as the merger and integration of the International Securities Exchange.
Graulich holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University in North Carolina.
Member of the Executive Board of Eurex Clearing AG
Manfred Matusza has more than 22 years of experience in the capital markets industry. Since July 2014 he heads the area Clearing & Risk IT, since April 2014 he is Chief Technology Officer of Eurex Clearing AG. He is responsible for the maintenance and further development of the IT systems and the IT strategy of the clearinghouse. He joined Deutsche Börse Group in April 2004 and held leading and project management positions at Deutsche Börse and Eurex Clearing. From November 1993 to March 2004 Matusza worked as consultant for Accenture and was involved in the further development of the IT systems of Deutsche Terminbörse, of the trading system Xetra and the development of the CCP system for clearing of cash and bond markets. He holds a diploma in Business Administration from Eberhard-Karls-Universität Tübingen.
Member of the Executive Board of Eurex Clearing AG
Dmitrij Senko is Chief Risk Officer of Eurex Clearing AG and has been a member of the Executive Board since July 2019.
Senko joined Eurex Clearing in 2010 and since then he has played an important role in developing the Risk Management department. He was one of the main architects of Eurex Clearing’s industry-leading risk engine Prisma back in 2011–2012, and he led the Risk stream in the Eurex Clearing EMIR authorisation project in 2013. Senko has been part of the project team building up the clearing house in Singapore since 2014 and held the role of Chief Risk Officer of Eurex Asia from July 2015 until February 2018. From 2013, Senko was Head of Risk Analytics and Model Validation in the Risk Department of Eurex Clearing.
Prior to joining Eurex Clearing, Senko worked for Accenture Management Consulting in different roles supporting clients in the banking industry on a range of topics in risk management, regulation and technology. He holds an Executive MBA degree from the London Business School and a PhD in physical-mathematical science from Belarus State University.
Member of the Executive Board of Eurex Clearing AG
Jens Janka is the Chief Operating Officer of Eurex Clearing AG and has been a Member of the Executive Board of Eurex Clearing AG since July 2020.
Janka joined Deutsche Börse Group in April 2002 where he held a number of different leadership positions within Clearstream and Eurex Clearing. In his prior role as Director at Eurex Clearing, Janka was responsible for Clearing Operations and Clearing Delivery & Control, where he ensured the daily operations of the clearing house as well as the implementation of new products and functionalities into our processes and procedures. In 2018, he implemented a global follow-the-sun operations organization for Eurex Clearing across three different locations in support of extended trading hours. Jankas' focus is on automation and digitization of processes. Janka holds a graduate degree in Business Administration with major in business information systems from Verwaltungs- und Wirtschafts-Akademie Wiesbaden e.V., Germany.
