The Pillar 3 Disclosure Report was produced (semi-) annually to fulfil regulatory disclosure requirements based on Pillar 3 of the revised Basel banking framework commonly known as "Basel III" of the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision. The disclosure requirements for Eurex Clearing AG were derived from Part 8 of the Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 (CRR) and § 26a (1) of the German Banking Act (KWG). Following the return of Eurex Clearing AG's banking licence in October 2025, the obligation to produce Pillar 3 Disclosure Reports no longer applies.
