Eurex Clearing
Dear customer,
With the introduction of the Crypto policy rollout, the AMQP brokers will no longer support the encryptions with SHA-1 or smaller than 4096-bit for FIXML API. Moreover, the minimal key sizes will increase from formerly 2048-bit to 4096-bit.
Therefore, Clearing Members who use Java version 8 and the TLS_DHE_* cipher need to support minimal Diffie-Hellman (DH) exchange keys size of 4096 bits, if they intend to continue the use of the TLS_DHE_* cipher.
Other Clearing Members who use Java version 8 will not be automatically impacted. However, we recommend all Clearing Members to keep their Java version and libraries updated to the latest versions.
This will be implemented in the simulation environment on 20 September 2024 and in the production environment on 30 November 2024.
