OTC Interest Rate Derivatives: Introduction of a temporary rebate for multiple EurexOTC Clear GUI accounts for DC With System Access OTC IRS and Authorised Manager With System Access roles

Eurex Clearing Circular 018/25 OTC Interest Rate Derivatives: Introduction of a temporary rebate for multiple EurexOTC Clear GUI accounts for DC With System Access OTC IRS and Authorised Manager With System Access roles

1. Introduction

This circular contains information with respect to the service offering of Eurex Clearing AG and introduces a temporary rebate applicable for the multiple usage of EurexOTC Clear GUI for certain admission roles and in relation to the respective fee stipulated in the Price List to the Agreement on Technical Connection to the Clearing EDP of Eurex Clearing AG (hereafter, the “Price List to the ECAG Connection Agreement”).

With EurexOTC Clear Release 20.0 on 11 November 2025, a new multi-login functionality will be introduced, allowing customers to access the EurexOTC Clear GUI using a single login (GUI account, certificate and user ID).

Effective from 1 April 2025 to 31 December 2025, Eurex Clearing AG applies a temporary 100 percent rebate with respect to the fee for any additional EurexOTC Clear GUI Accounts for customers of Eurex Clearing AG who hold the admission roles of DC With System Access OTC IRS and Authorised Manager With System Access (“OTC Clients”) and require EurexOTC Clear GUI accounts per multiple clearing relationships (per Member ID). This ensures that OTC Clients will only be charged once, regardless of the number of accounts. For the avoidance of doubt, the rebate shall not apply for customers of Eurex Clearing AG with other admission roles.

2. Required action

Starting on 11 November 2025, the login process will change for the OTC Clients. OTC Clients must inform Eurex Clearing AG which User IDs should be set up for multi-login functionality. Additionally, OTC Clients must ensure that any Eurex Clearing GUI accounts/certificates no longer required are deleted by 31 December 2025. If OTC Clients wish to continue using these GUI accounts/certificates, they will be charged the standard fee per account again from 1 January 2026.

3. Details of the initiative

Multi-Login-Functionality for the EurexOTC Clear GUI

With EurexOTC Clear Release 20.0, Eurex Clearing AG will introduce a multi-login feature. This will allow users with multiple admissions (member IDs) to switch between different User IDs using a single login, eliminating the need for repeated logins and logouts and requiring only a single Eurex Clearing GUI certificate. This streamlines the process and reduces operational effort for customers with multiple clearing relationships. User IDs will remain personalized and tied to individuals. Clients who wish to use this functionality should request Eurex Clearing AG to link the dedicated user IDs of their employees. Users can be set up during the onboarding process of the roles DC With System Access OTC IRS or Authorised Manager With System Access, or afterwards as a change request. Addition, deletion and changes to the existing users of the EurexOTC Clear GUI per customer will also be possible.

A detailed description of the functionality and the changes (including the new User Setup process) will be provided with the release documentation for EurexOTC Clear Release 20.0.

Temporary rebate for additional Eurex Clearing GUI accounts

From 1 April 2025 until 31 December 2025, the abovementioned mentioned rebate will be introduced. This means that during the rebate period only one account will be charged. As the rebate ends with the introduction of the multi-login functionality, OTC Clients need to ensure that all unnecessary GUI accounts/certificate are deleted. Any remaining Eurex Clearing GUI accounts/certificate will be charged at the standard rate from 1 January 2026 onwards.

The rebate is not applicable if alternative Eurex Clearing GUIs, e.g. C7 Clearing GUI, are used.

The fees for the connection to the Clearing EDP are shown in the full version of the Price List to the Connection Agreement, available on the Eurex Clearing website www.eurex.com/ec-en/ under the following link:
