Dear Clearing Member,
We would like to draw your attention to the functional change in the Gross Delivery Management Interface - MSIF of Securities CCP.
Clearing Members need to send a unique SEME reference in the block-, release- and linking requests in field 20C. The provision of the same SEME in a further release-, block- or link request will not be processed and the Clearing Member receives an error message stating that this is a duplicate.
The validation for the MT541/MT543 will be implemented in Securities CCP as follows:
