Eurex Clearing Readiness Newsflash | C7 SCS Release 4.5: Information for Simulation start; Clean-up of pending delivery instructions in simulation environment
Dear customer,
With this Newsflash, Eurex Clearing wants to remind you on the Simulation start of C7 SCS 4.5 on 14 April 2025 and inform about the clean-up of the pending delivery instructions in simulation environment.
C7 SCS 4.5 Simulation
Eurex Clearing will give all Participants the opportunity to get familiar with the new Pair-Off service related to Hold/Release Status, the new transaction types for Pair-Off, as well as to test the new reports. Please make use of the simulation and especially review the new repo pending delivery report (CE865/6/7), re-rate modification request for Special and GC Repo (T+1) and changed repo interest amount payout (mandatory process change).
With the start of the C7 SCS Release 4.5 simulation, the new repo pending delivery netting report (CE865/6) will be assigned and provided on the Common Report Engine (CRE) for eligible Members (Eurex Repo Clearing Members and Settlement institutes).
Changes resulting from Pair-Off Service enhancements (hold/release status and new transaction types for Pair-Off Service) will be made available as sample reports CE870 and CD850 in the C7 SCS Release 4.5 > Reports section indicating new values introduced with this release by 17 April 2025.

Clean-up of pending delivery instructions in simulation environment
In order to reduce the data amount continuously provided in clients reports for C7 SCS simulation environment, Eurex Clearing will perform a structured clean-up of still pending delivery instructions in the C7 SCS simulation environment on 15 April 2025.
Therefore, all delivery instructions with settlement date before 1 January 2025 will be no longer available in the simulation environment.
