Market-Making and Liquidity Provisioning

Market integrity through liquidity and transparency

Eurex Liquidity Provisioning (LP) rewards you for contributing to market depth with attractive commercial incentives. In contrast, Regulatory Market Making (RMM) fulfills MiFID II obligations without offering financial rewards.

Our Liquidity Provisioning programs are tailored to reward performance, offering fee rebates and revenue-sharing opportunities across a wide range of products. We provide a transparent framework that allows you to choose the products and schemes that best align with your trading strategy. For regulatory responsibilities, the RMM framework ensures you can efficiently meet the quoting requirements stipulated under MiFID II for algorithmic trading firms pursuing a market making strategy. This program is purely for compliance and is distinct from our commercially-driven LP activities.

Making markets by providing liquidity on Eurex: a primer

This guide cuts through the intricacies of Eurex’s Liquidity Provider (LP) schemes and Regulatory Market Maker (RMM) rules to help you navigate the system with ease.
