Eurex T7 Entry Services

FLEX Trades

Customized trading within listed markets

Eurex FLEX Trades provide market participants with a flexible alternative to standard listed derivatives, enabling bespoke risk management while retaining the benefits of exchange trading. They bridge the gap between OTC customization and listed market transparency, combining tailored contract terms with central clearing and robust post-trade infrastructure.

FLEX Trades are customizable contracts traded and cleared through Eurex systems. They allow market participants to tailor key contract terms to their needs while benefiting from exchange transparency, central clearing, and standardized settlement processes. FLEX Trades can be executed in futures and options on single stocks, equity indexes, ETFs, fixed income, commodities, and are now fully integrated with Bloomberg.

The market status window is an indication regarding the current technical availability of the trading system. It indicates whether news board messages regarding current technical issues of the trading system have been published or will be published shortly.

Please find further information about incident handling in the Emergency Playbook published on the Eurex webpage under Support --> Emergencies and safeguards. Detailed information about incident communication, market re-opening procedures and best practices for order and trade reconciliation can be found in the chapters 4.2, 4.3 and 4.5, respectively. Concrete information for the respective incident will be published during the incident via newsboard message.
