The Management Board of Eurex Deutschland took the following decision with effect from 15 December 2025:
This circular contains all information on the introduction of the new products and the updated sections of the relevant Rules and Regulations of Eurex Deutschland.

2. Required action
There is no action required for participation in the introduction of ECB Dated Euro STR (€STR) Futures Contracts (product ID: FEMP).
3. Details of the initiative
Introduction of ECB Dated Euro STR (€STR) Futures Contracts (product ID: FEMP)
The ECB Dated Euro STR (€STR) Futures are Futures on the compounded Euro STR (€STR) rate, with the compounding period starting on the first day, and ending on the last day of the ECB reserve maintenance period. The ECB defines the start date of the reserve maintenance period and the last date of the reserve maintenance period and can amend these periods. In the event of such an amendment, the first and last accrual dates of the respective future with open interest will not change. The first and last accrual dates of the respective future without open interest shall be amended as published by the ECB.

B. Admission to the T7 Entry Services (TES)
The new products will be admitted to the T7 Entry Services (TES). You can find the minimum block trade sizes on product level in the attached Contract Specifications in Attachment 1.
